post? Well after weeks of planning, designing and making we are proud to reveal The Very Hungry Quilt in all its colourful glory. We enjoyed every minute of making this little beauty which combines embroidery, applique, patchwork and quilting to tell the famous story of
The Very Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle (we even sneaked in a few of our own fabrics from our new collection.) This ever popular story has lasted over several generations and we did have a chuckle when we googled it and found it applied in
unusual ways!
It really was perfect timing for this quilt though because as we were applying the finishing stitches on Sunday morning a certain special little lady who it was commissioned for also decided to make her very first appearance! So congratulations to the proud new parents and we hope you enjoy ......
